Tierra Williams - Broker & Owner
Tierra is a Clemson University Alumna and a married mother of three. She began her career in real estate back in 2012 in Columbia, SC. She has years of experience in both multi-family and single family property management. She later obtained her Real Estate license in 2015 and Broker-in-Charge license in 2020.
Tierra Bella means “Beautiful Land” in Spanish which is a major part of real estate! Tierra Bella Realty was started in 2019 with the vision to streamline the property management experience for property owners, tenants and vendors! The idea behind this company is to be completely virtual while still maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism so that every client is satisfied from start to finish!
Property management can certainly have it's ups and downs but having an experienced property manager maintain the daily issues and maintenance of your biggest investment will help hopefully put your mind at ease and relieve your stress.
Another great perk about using Tierra Bella Realty is that once you decide that you no longer want to be a landlord, we will also put your home on the market to sell so that you don't have to worry about finding another broker/agent to sell it. We will also offer it to the current tenant for a reduced commission (lower than your typical real estate transaction!)
