For this service we will run a criminal background and credit check. We will also do a nationwide eviction search, income verification and rental verification.

Market Only - 50% of 1st month's rent

For this service we will post your home on our website, over 30 rental websites, social media platforms, and show the home to prospects.

 

Lease Only - 50% of 1st month's rent

This service includes everything in the screen & market only option but also we will collect security deposits, perform the lease signing and also pre-move in evaluation.

  • There is also a leasing fee for tenant placement that is charged to the first month's rent. This fee is flexible and based on market rent. The leasing fee is only charged per new tenant.
